Rugged, two-color, scratch resistant, non-static, fire retardant, washable melamine surface laminate with a non-glare surface and a tough brown phenolic core which is painted a contrasting color after artwork has been carved into the surface. Ideal for raised lettering & Braille. For interior and non-direct sun exterior use.

It's one piece construction leads to lower fabrication costs and greater durability. Background is painted and raised area are printed using contrasting colors. For interior use only.

A number of high-grade hardwoods including oak, maple, walnut and mahogany are stocked and available for an elegant finishing touch for the complete sign or frames systems.  Most any wood type is accessible on short notice. Utilizing our Graphic Blast® process, signage with Braille requirements will typically require a hardwood surface.

Corian®, tile, marble, brick, Avonite®, glass, and mirror are other materials utilizing the Graphic Blast® process.

Metals such as brass, bronze, aluminum and stainless steel may be Graphic Blast® frost oxidized for contrast.

Acrylic and vinyl are used to enhance other Graphic Blast® products.
